Today we received delivery of a defibrillator for the golf club. The defibrillator has been sited in the main lounge at the far end of the bar and is clearly identified with the recognised sign as per the photograph below. As the lounge is a main focal point in the golf club, all members and guests/visitors will be able to locate the defibrillator quickly if required.
Defibrillator, and CPR refresher training was given to staff today. There will be further training for members on the evening of Thursday 31st July. This will be held in the main lounge of the clubhouse and will be open to all members. If you wish to attend then please put your name on the list which will be put up by this weekend on the Secretary’s noticeboard, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. The Scottish Ambulance Service will give the defibrillator and CPR training on the night. The training will last for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.
Food Creations will extend the kitchen opening hours to 6.30pm on this evening.
