FREE!! PRESENTATION ON GOLF CONDITIONING by Alan Lockhart Personal Training TONIGHT!!
Thursday 2nd April at 7pm at Kingsknowe Golf Club
We have arranged a presentation on Conditioning for Golf, for Thursday 2nd April at 7pm. The presentation will be of interest to all standards of golfer. It will last for an hour and is open to all interested members. Just come along.
WHO IS THIS PRESENTATION AIMED AT?
- Anyone (or perhaps all of us!) who has an inconsistency in their game of golf?
- Anyone with swing faults that just can’t seem to be fixed?
- Anyone with golf-related injuries or an interest in injury prevention?
Golf conditioning can greatly benefit golfers of any age in the improvement of their skills. The presentation won’t be about how you fix the above and it is not about golf coaching, it will however be about how Conditioning can play a part in helping you improve your game.

Alan Lockhart has 10 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry. He graduated from West Lothian College in 2003 with a Diploma in Fitness, Health and Exercise. He has worked in the USA as a residential group leader, in Bannatyne Health Clubs, and as a National Presenter as part of the Les Mills International worldwide chain of group fitness.
Alan attained his Diploma in Personal Training through Premier Training International in 2005, and in 2008 he set up his own business. In 2013 Alan qualified as a CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Level 1 and in 2014, he became a certified CHEK Golf Performance Specialist.
Alan is a member at Bathgate Golf Club, home of two past Ryder Cup Captains: Eric Brown and Bernard Gallacher, and home of the recent Ryder Cup player Stephen Gallacher. From a family of keen golfers, Alan has played since childhood and he was a member of
Bathgate Golf Club’s Boys’ Team. Alan’s handicap is currently 4, although he is very keen to get to scratch.
