Barnardo’s Scotland Development Board are holding their fifth annual golf day on Thursday 27th August 2015.
Having spent a fabulous two years at Archerfield Links, the charity are keen to keep the event fresh and so have taken the decision to move this year’s event to Duddingston Golf Club in Edinburgh.
The day will consist of coffee, teas and bacon rolls on arrival, a Team Stableford competition on this excellent course, followed by supper and prize giving.
Andrew Coltart, one of Scotland’s best known professional golfers and a former Ryder Cup star, said: “I was fortunate enough to play in the Barnardo’s Golf Day a few years ago and enjoyed it very much. It’s a great event, for a special cause, and I am looking forward to being involved again this year. Please sign up to help this important charity raise money to support some of Scotland’s most vulnerable young people.”
Barnardo’s can accommodate upto 20 teams of four to enjoy golf with a view , whilst raising vital funds for Barnardo’s work in Scotland.
Teams will be sold on a first come first served basis from February so get your team together now to avoid disappointment.
