We have both Seven Day and Five Day memberships available now, and offer Monthly Medals and a variety of competitions to suit all standards of golfer, for men, women, boys and girls. Golfers between the ages of 18 and 30 can join our Youth Category which has a graded fee structure to help keep golf accessible and within the budgets of younger players. We also have social only memberships allowing daily access to our clubhouse and services for a nominal sum.
If you are not currently a member of a club; used to be a member; or have never been a member of a club, but want to find out what golf club membership is all about, you are welcome to join us now for 2018 and we will ensure you find out about all the benefits of joining a golf club. Other than the obvious golf side for recreational or competition players, golf membership is also about friendship; the opportunity to bring your friends and colleagues to play; networking; free hire of function facilities; food served all day. Great value all round.

Kingsknowe Golf Club is a lively and friendly club situated in the south west of Edinburgh, only 10 minutes from the city centre, and 5 minutes from the M8 and M9 Motorways. The Edinburgh City By-Pass is also close to the club, and the 44 Bus stops right outside our door on Lanark Road. Established in 1908 the club has an 18 hole golf course, originally designed by Alec Herd the 1902 Open champion, and later redesigned by James Braid. The parkland golf course is laid out over and through the valleys of gently rolling hills and has two loops of 9 from the clubhouse. The standard scratch score is 69 for Gents and 71 for Ladies.
